Created by J. Herbin of France, these mini glue gun sealing wax sticks are a glue gun formula version of their popular Cire Souple wickless sealing wax sticks.
Each color is wonderfully bright and vibrant.
Cire Souple is formulated to be flexible as to not crack or chip when cooled, making this wonderful wax ideal for mailing & rough handling.
These sealing waxes are molded to fit a mini craft wax/glue gun,
NOT a standard sized glue gun.
* Sold in packs of 6 per color
* 7-8 seals per stick when created with a 3/4" seal face.
* 42-50 seals per package of 6 sticks
* Sticks are 5/16" x 4 3/4"
As with all J. Herbin waxes, this line takes razor-sharp impressions and holds its sharpness through the years.
☛ Please note: changing wax colors with a glue gun takes a bit of wax to complete.
The wax will melt into a pooling chamber within the gun, and new colors will mix with the old,
until enough new wax can be run through to clear the color.
➢ This can create some fun combinations if you plan out your colors!
➢ If it is important for colors to not mix, you may wish to consider:
- Dedicating one glue gun to one color.
- Cutting pieces of lesser used colors to melt in our melting spoon.
- Using the glue gun wax as a wickless sealing wax and melting near a flame.

La Societe J. Herbin, Maitre Cirier a Paris, was established in 1670.
Generations of remarkable people, from Louis XIV to Coco Chanel, have used this traditional sealing wax, and it is well known around the world as one of the highest quality sealing waxes ever made.
J. Herbin was a sailor, and from his many journeys to India, he brought back to Paris formulas for manufacturing sealing wax. His special lacquer formula improved the quality of the seals in adhesion and neatness, helping him to become famous throughout the kingdom.
Then as today, sealing wax was used for documents and correspondence, but also in decoration and bottling.
J. Herbin has supplied Coco Chanel from her beginnings with wax used for finishing touches on her perfume bottles.
