Never arrived & complaint ignored, Order #22—
I sent an e-mail this morning explaining that Order #22—, dispatched 11 days ago on March 23rd and lost in the US Postal system on March 29th, having never left Washington state. Instead of a reply addressing the problem, you sent me a customer satisfaction survey. Incredibly rude. Of course I don’t recommend this product/company: they took my money and don’t care that the product never arrived. Now I have to take measures to get my money back and find another stamp, drains on my time that wouldn’t have happened is the company had done what it agreed to do.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write your review. I hope you have seen my reply today to the email you sent yesterday. I do need a day to read and reply to all incoming inquiries, so I hope a day does not seem like you are being ignored. The survey is autogenerated, and admittingly poorly timed. The stamp was shipped via 1st class mail, which is quoted as taking 5+ business days. It has left our state and is somewhere in transit at the moment, noted on the USPS as being delayed. I do care very much that the order has not arrived, and am working to make sure a new seal is delivered to you. This time of COVID has put a strain on shipping. I hope the delays for shipping and keeping people safe is not to mean an item is lost and that we see the first delivery very soon.
